Tara Mullen currently resides in Bentonville with her husband, five children and dog.  She graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2004.   In May, 2007, Ms. Mullen became the director of the Northwest Arkansas Mediation Project, Inc. and donates her time to the Project as a mediator and to the public as an attorney.  She is certified through the ADR Commission as a Civil/Probate, Domestic Relations and Juvenile mediator, and has performed pro bono mediations for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Veteran’s Affairs Administration, Benton, Washington and Carroll County Circuit Courts. Ms. Mullen has successfully mediated over 200 conflicts.  Ms. Mullen is an adjunct Professor at University of Arkansas School of Law where she teaches the Advance Mediation Clinic and the Mediation in Practice course.
